Dr. Dowell holds a Doctorate of Public Health degree specializing in Epidemiology and has over 20 years of experience in different aspects of food safety covering the range of food processing to the health of the consumer. Experience includes, food processing, food microbiology, method validation/verification development for food microbiological methods, and Quality Control/Quality Assurance procedures.
